It seems whenever I have someone else in the studio for portraits my own kid decides that it’s the perfect time for him to have new photos taken, any other time…it’s a no go!

June 23, 2010Oh how I just adore little baby girls.
I had the pleasure of capturing Miss C’s 6 month portraits. She was an absolute doll. She didn’t make a single fuss with any of our outfit changes or when I insisted she put flowers bigger than her head on!
She was however, a bit stingy with those smiles of hers….
I cant wait to see her in a few months!
Like butterflies, little girls need no excuse.

I never see her happier than when she is in that studio, doing what she does.
Miss A is 6 years old, and this is her 4th year dancing. Its been an amazing journey to watch her grow as a dancer.
When she first started she could barely get first position and now the things she does…they are just beautiful.
We were playing around today with a new tutu dress…and took some pictures!

The hustle and bustle of the holidays are upon us!
December 1, 2009I sure have been busy the last few weeks.
This weekend alone I had 3 fun, fabulous family shoots!
I just LOVE doing family shoots, its so much fun for me to sit back and watch the family dynamics at work!
I started with the L family on Saturday…their pics are a surprise for a very special grandma…

After that, I had a couple of hours to race home and prep for the D family…
This is the 2nd time I have shot them, and let me tell you…the whole family is full of personality!

A surprise for grandma
October 5, 2009This family decided that they were going to all get together and have a big family portrait done, as a surprise for the matriarch of the family.
Unfortunately she showed up doing our shoot, so her surprise was ruined…but she got to join in on the portraits, so I think it turned out even better!
